A Few Secrets

sewing machine pic

There are secret things happening here. Slow progress is being made on each of these.  There are challenge quilts for the upcoming guild show in May as well as Island Batik challenges for the next few months.

Of course – once I am able, I will show you ALL of the secret projects … just not yet.

Piecing

There is no current piecing happening.  Except for perhaps some binding in the near future.

Good Fortune has all 4 borders on it and is now a flimsy!  I even know what quilting design I’m going to use.  A fellow blogger, Roseanne, from Home Sewn by Us showed a version of a quilting motif that she was going to do on her quilt.  I decided that it would work  perfect on Good Fortune.   Thank you to Roseanne for the great idea!

Quilting

There are 3 projects sandwiched and 2 ready for sandwiching … quilting is happening on my March Island Batik challenge. I’m using Hobbs 80/20 for all the projects!  And the last of my 30 yard roll will be used for the Good Fortune mystery!
